Anthony, I can feel your excitement like it was yesterday. And it was 51 years ago. My then brother-in-law gave me a 1955 Dodge with a 318 v8 and auto tranny (push button shift on the dash). I disassembled the entire vehicle and reassembled it but never got it running. Your project sounds very practical and we look forward to hearing about and seeing it.
