I'm glad to hear no one was hurt. Sorry to hear that it put an end to your project. Now would be a good time for the rest of us to look over our work areas for possible safety hazards and accidents waiting to happen.
Hopefully, after you cool off and evaluate the situation, the project can be saved.
I did take a walk out to look at the damage. Honestly, I think it is over, I would not trust the door openings to be correct any longer. I did have an X welded into the openings, but the whole things is not pretty.
While I hate failure, my thoughts are that this truck was too much for me. Should just be used for parts now.
