Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 1,644 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 1,644 | The gaskets are there so You can set the spacing and the fit between the bowl part and the trans ball part it is explaned in the shop manual I used 3 of them to get the proper fit , it is a friction fit to seal things up and allow them to move up and down as Your driving .Get a hold of a shop manual or there are places on the web You can read them for free it will explane how it is set , You put them in one at a time until it does not fall on it's own, it has to do with the cork seal in the bowl part .You'll see in the manual .
