428s Didn't come in any HighBoys.
Someone swapped it in, they bolt up to C-6s and NP-435s (Manuals) as they are FE blocks, same block as the 352s,360s,390, just different strokes,bores.
428s came in Mustangs for the time in '68.
That's most likely were that 428 came from.
