Found the problem.The overflow tube from the radiatior neck broak the clamp on the side of the radiator and would allow the tube to flop up and hit the fan blades, noticed paint gone from the ends of the fan, since I restored the truck my self I know every square milimeter or for us SAE guyes square inch, man what a bullet I dodged
