My truck (a 64 C50) has a Lever Lock mounted through the dash. I already know the pitfalls of relying on these units as I have had experience with them failing on forklifts. I'm just wondering if it would have been factory equipment. The truck has the drum style, handle operated brake on the driveline, so I am wondering why this would have been installed on the truck.
There's no PTO or anything so rule that out.
