Well, I finally got'er back together. I had to remove the intake/exhaust, and actually replace the exhaust manifold. COEs are different than standard 216 manifolds's as the heat riser is located in a little differnt spot. It was infact stuck. I did re-seal the manifolds securely and torqued everything, but I think Don wins. The heat riser is now working as it should, and she is purrin just fine. I drove it 20 miles today without any dying problems. THANKS again guys for the input.
