I considered Rhino Liner for the inside of my fenders and under my cab, but it became logistically difficult because I would have to get all the parts down to the shop for spraying. I ended up using POR15 and then POR Hardnose paint. I think it should hold up well. And if there are any chips or scratches I just touch it up. I do think the thickness of the Rhino Liner would be good in the fenders due to rocks being banged against them.
Rhino Liner on rims, I've seen a whole truck sprayed with the stuff, but it was ugly and it was a 4x4 mud bogger.
