I can't hear it run, you need to be a little more specific, like at what rpm, opening the throttle,under load, what?
Try and pin it down to what cyl is not doing its job, then you can start to look for why it's not.
Start with plugs, ign wires, cap, rotor, valve adj. and the list will grow if you haven't found it there.
