Well this mornin before school I took Alvin's advise and had Sethy hit the cowl vent vigorously with a squirt bottle while I watched from inside it is defiantely coming in around cowl seal,I have the handle adjusted so that the cover is pretty tight when closed, I tried putting some white grease on the foam seal and closing it up ...there are spots were the vent cap doesnt even touch the seal.
So I now going to make a template and make a 3/16" shim and get another seal and shim it up, that should fix this prob.
