From the looks of the valve cover and the location of the accelerator bell-crank pivot, I'd guess that it is a 56 or newer 235. Here are locations of casting codes, to determine the year of the engine. I think that Drew has the answer. The pedal to bell-crank rod probably needs to be adjusted. I'll post an idea for this later today (if no one else has ideas). Tim | | |
