I will admit, I am a novice at diffs..but it looks like there is no crush sleeve. There are three bolts on the torque tube that apply pressure to pinion assembly via a 1/4 thick washer with slanted edges. The bolts have a point on the end that line up with washer to apply to force.
Yes...none of these terms are technical.
