'55-'59 uses the same bumper with the dip, regardless of Step or Fleet. Either should work, if you have the correct brackets. The Cameo was unique to that truck, I don't beleive it'll swap very wery well, on top of being hard/impossible to find.
FYI, the rear bumper on the Panels ans 'Burbs is the same as the front bumper.
