I think you just hit on the idea/plans that I have in mind. I too would like to keep it stock looking as possible but have a few of the safety features available today. I don't want a moded out hotrod, I want a daily driver that I can safely take up to about 70-75 on the highway(my work commute is 60% freeway). My knowledge in the mods is really lacking so I need to do my homework and learn alot.
