I see what you're saying, but when someone says the want a "torque monster", that usually manes they want lots of torque right off the bottom. Unfortunatly, the 327 isn't the best choice for a torque engine, given its relatively short stroke. For a true torque monster engine, you have to look at one with a long stroke, which leads to the 350, 383, or the big block and Deisel engines. The inline 6 engines, like the 235, 261, and the 292 also fall into this catagory.
