3B 'Bolter 3 Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 B. C. Canada	Hy MacX, the hole for timing purposes is on the right side of the engine [distributor side], and has no cover, the hole on the left side of the engine also has no cover, and I don't know what it's for, hope that helps.
