| | | | Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 829 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 829 | I've had the starter drive gear stay engaged in the flywheel and it acts like a dead starter. My solution was to put the truck in gear with the clutch released, then rock the truck forward and back. This turns the engine and flywheel, which releases the starter drive gear.
