Are you talking about the front pan seal or the timing cover seal? Probably the timing cover seal which actually is the 'front seal'.
I don't know how technical you need the instructions to be.
Remove the pan, remove the radiator and crank pulley. Remove all the screws holding the timing cover on as well as the two bolts that go through into the crankcase area on the bottom of the cover. Pull the timing cover off and remove the seal.
Reverse this procedure to reinstall.
These are the highlights. I looked at the Keith Hardy's site for specific written instructions but couldn't find anything...more help will be on the way.
