Yup! Looks like it is mounted to the 3 speed too! Some of the trucks with the 4 speeds, and all of the larger trucks had a master cylinder that was mounted reversed on the frame. There was a different clutch/brake pedal bracket that went with them. In my opinion it would be a better setup to start with if you are planning to use a booster, or switching to another transmission.
