Just had Mr. GoodYear tune up my 54 with a 235 Rochester one barrel and auto-choke. Didn't drive it much before tune-up, since tune-up was after valve/head rebuild and new carb. When under load climbing a hill at lower RPMs he seems to ping a bit until the RPMS increase. Is this an octane issue? I run 87 and had 87 in it at time of tune. If so, how do I correct? Timing? He also runs a bit rich?

Thanks (ready for the road)Bruce!
