Saw the dyno results for the k&n vs. stock paper/cotton element G.M. filter over on ls1tech.com and it does not seem to make any horsepower difference at all. Try Wix filters...they are made in the U.S. N.C. to be exact, NAPA filter are made by Wix as well.
