I would think if you took a stroll through a wrecking yard where there are some older Chevy pick ups and older Chevy cars (40's to early 50's), you should be able to find a bracket that attaches the choke cable and throttle cable to the carb.
Another place where I have found some older carb parts is a rebuilders shop. One in Fort Worth has old carbs they rebuild and the brackets are on some of those carbs. I had to talk for quite awhile to get them to sell me some parts like that, but finally got what I needed.
Also, some looking at the swap meets should turn one up. You may have to buy an old carb core, but having the bracket might be worth $5.00 - $10.00.
The little cable stop piece is something you can get at a good hardware store or a lawn mower repair shop. They use cable stops on mowers and edgers. NAPA should also have the cable stops.
