It's only my opinion, but I've never thought that fog lights could add anything to the looks of a vehicle so I try and hide them best I can and I've put them on about everything I've owned.
I would make a bracket and get them under the bumper,set back just a little, so they're not seen so well.
Fogs are meant to be low to get under the fog. If you can't make a bracket try a welding shop.
