| | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,107 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,107 | nice score on the ladders. a truck is not complete without them and being the correct vintage. they can be hard to find in fair to good condition and the costs can be high. then plenty of time is needed to be where they can be stripped to the wood, stained and finished off with plenty of clear coats to protect them. i was lucky to be in the right place at the right time and found what i needed in a two year period. the roof ladder i got for $50. and the 24' ext. i got for free. i redid the roof ladder during the winter and the ext ladder the following winter. my ladders show case my truck. | | |
