Oh. That would make it a C20. K20 is a 4x4. In that case, you can pretty much simply swap out the balljoints to the later ('73-'87) along with the outer tire rod ends and use the steering knuckles from the later truck. You could also swap the entire crossmember and get power steering, too. Try a search on the site for crossmember swap, you should be able to find some more accurate information on doing the swap.
