Everyone makes mistakes like that at some point. Maybe not that exact thing but... we all have our own. I had a wheel fall off my jetta at 60 mph because I spent an entire night replacing my struts, strut mounts, and a few other things. I did a really quick job of cleaning up and putting things away because I was exhausted, and I forgot to tighten the lugs on one wheel. That was an interesting ride!
