For what it's worth, here in Maryland I have my '65 1.5-ton Firebolt on the same Hagerty policy as my
'49 1-ton -- the Stovebolt.com flagship. A few restrictions (locked garage, minimal mileage, non-commercial use, no riders on the tailboard for fire trucks), but is $9/6 mo extra on the policy. I pay $50/6 mo on the '49 If you can meet the restrictions (which aren't unreasonable) the antique policies with insurers like Hagerty or J.C. Taylor are very affordable.
If not, Gulfway is an insurer a lot of big truck guys insure with. When I had my '73 International Loadstar 1800 Dump truck, I insured with Progressive and they were very good to deal with.
