I have my 1964 GMC 4000 insured through Gulfway Insurers. $263 per year with a declared value of $3,000 (which I'll be increasing soon). They allow you haul your own stuff, nothing commercial or even for a friend. No mileage or day restrictions. Other classic car insurers were a little cheaper, but wouldn't allow hauling anything, not even a couple bags of mulch for my own yard.
