If you are going to use a 12v starter, you should use your 1952 clutch-housing and a flywheel that came on a 12v truck (the starter teeth will match and last longer).
You could use any clutch assembly that bolts to the flywheel but you have to use a throw-out bearing that fits. The easiest choice for a clutch assembly is to use one for your year of truck (this way you'll get a pressure-plate and release-bearing combination that you know will work inside your clutch housing).
