i'm working on building up a new motor for my '54 3600. i have a '54 block from a passenger car that has hydrolic lifters. i thought the hydrolic lifters would be a good thing. since then i have been told that new lifters are difficult to find. i'm wondering if i should cut my losses before i have the block machined or are there work around or part sources out there?
