I had similar problems with my serial number, ( thinking it was vin buster)
But I was wrong, my serial number and title had an O in place of an “Q”
So, I tried your serial number with a “Q” (wrong result below), then I tried a
Capital O, and got the last results below… I’m betn that’s your truck, but check your wheel base .
Serial # : 9QS049159 (wrong)
Mfg Year : 1947
Model : 2 ton COE
Wheelbase : 158 inches
Plant : Norwood, OH
Or
Serial # : 9OS049159 (my bet correct)
Mfg Year : 1946 (interim)
Model : 1.5 ton
Wheelbase : 160 inches
Plant : Norwood, OH
