Just want to get some thoughts on this. I removed the e brake handle from my '66 GMC. I don't like the way it looks and clutters up the interior/dash. I've never had a car without a working set-up before and I'm kinda scared , just in case I should need it for an emergency stop if the brakes go. The truck is being 100% rebuilt so brake failure shouldn't be a problem down the road. Is there any way to use a pedal actuated one? Has anyone else chucked theirs too?
