I'm new to the forum but I've just grabbed a '54. I'm picking up a project truck in the middle, the body is primered (I hope), but the previous owner has a nice stance and wheels already on it.
I'm going to concentrate on the mechanicals first, get the thing running, and then move to the interior. That's the great thing about this genre, anything is OK.
