Thanks Jock,no I'm not using the original set up.none of that stuff was on my truck when I bought it.I'm using the trans mount e-brake lever.Those have the adjusters on the ends of the cables.
.....the adjusters are aluminum and are threaded and screw into a steel bracket...Dont know if these will oxidize or not but I guess to be safe I'll put some anti-seize on it anyway......dave
P.S. I did run my cables through the factory brackets though,seems to keep them out of the way very nice.....dave
