In '63 you have options..... There were 2 speed and 1 speed wiper motors, and 2 speed and 1 speed wiper switches. If you have a single speed motor, then a 2 speed switch does no good and vice versa. Case in point is my '63 C20. It had a 1 speed switch with a 2 speed motor with the washer option. And to confuse matters even more, there are two different styles of 2 speed wiper motors for '63. One has 3 terminals, the other has 4. Most of the ones I have seen are either single speed motors or 4 terminal 2 speed motors. You need to figure out whether the wiper motor is actually a 2 speed motor or not.
Now.... whether or not you can get a new aftermarket wiper knob or a 2 speed switch without the provision for the washer I am not sure. The washer was optional in '63, and you may have to find someone with an original 2 speed switch without the washer option. Also, in case you or anyone else was wondering, the original style washer pump on a '63 is the same as '64-'72 it's just that parts books list it as being different even though it's not.
