I have two 1950s Chevy Panel trucks in the garage that need a title.
The DMV told me (after about 2 months) that I need a title bond
for each of them since neither truck has any ownership history.
How do I get a title bond?
Who can you recommend?
And why did someone tell me I have to be a citizen to get a title bond???
I am not giving up yet!
