Licensed to kill, not sure it that is the wheel in question. The horn ring that I have has a round center. Do you know if yours is original? Maybe mine is not?
Either way the big question is what is the diameter, I just don't need the big round one from a non-power steering truck as now I have power steering and do not want (or need) one that big. But I do want it to look correct.

The wheel in the pic is for a custom cab, The regular cab had the round center ring for the horn.
