There is a company that can reduce the size of a classic steering wheel to a more modern circumference. I don't happen to have a link handy at the moment, but do recall it from my internet/magazine travels. Maybe a place like Imapala Bob's might get you a quick answer to that. And yes, it will cost money. But so will the correct original small steering wheel.
