What you might try is to borrow an old radiator out of a Chev pickup and see if how it fits in the truck. It doesn't matter if it is good or bad as long as there is enough there to set it in place and stick a couple of bolts in to hold it and stand back and look. then place an order or look somewhere else.
Years ago I bought a GMC 1-1/2 ton radiator out of the wrecking yard and used my tanks on it to fit my 48 Chev. that was when you could sometimes still find a good radiator for an old truck.
48 Chevy 3100 going back together with a 292 six and AX15 five speed.
