uncleb 'Bolter U Joined: Feb 2000 Posts: 69 Vallejo, CA	Thank you, that's what I did (didn't want to pull all the sheet metal, radiator just to check). Looks like my valve timing is off. I'm sure I set the gears correctly; is the timing gear different between a 235 and a 261? Did I use the wrong gear? 1925 GMC K-101 5-Ton Truck 1936 Chevy Suburban 1933 Yellow Coach Bus Model 709
