Dan, the odds of your TRUCK being NOS is about slim-to-none. In this context, it would mean that your truck is brand new, never titled.
The term usually applies to parts that were in inventory. For example, you find a jack that is NOS. It means that it is a brand new 50 year old jack. It is NOT a reproduction, rebuilt, or remanufactured item.
