My 64 had a factory arm rest in the driver door. I don't have the arm rest anymore but the door panel still has the holes in it. The stove screws go through the arm rest into a threaded lug pressed in the door. I can make you a template or email you the specs as to where mine sits if you need them. Just let me know..
