I suggest you make a search of the forums, its real easy to do and you will find a bunch of information on this subject.
Just click the search bar and type in the subject of your search and you will find lots of post that you can read on the swap.
You will find info on the water pump adaptation and specific info about the flywheel and why it has to be changed for 12v starter.
The swap is easy and you not only gain horsepower but you also move up to a high pressure oil system that the 216 does not have.
