New to the forum. Just recently discovered it. Looks to be a lot of good information here!
Purchased a '51 3100 this summer. Pretty rough shape at the moment. It had been sitting for quite a while. We (my son and I) got the old 216 running, but only to find we had a burnt exhaust valve on one of the cylinders. Cylinder head's off now with parts on order. Not wanting to get too many $ into this 216. Would like to possibly upgrade to a 235 this winter.
Looks to be a plethora of information on this forum, which I'm sure will come in handy.
