I have been struggling with paint. I have assured that my stuff is completely clean and dust free, primed and paint as directed but my paint still seems to chip or peel off of stuff. I am beginning to think that it is the paint I am using. I am Canadian so most of my paint is the Crappy Tire brand (Canadian Tire Motomaster) as well as primer. Anyone else have this experience with these paints?
I am almost ready ot start painting my interior parts (dash, seat mount, steering column etc...) and I was to assure that the paint goes on well and will not scratch off easy. What brand of paint have you bolters had good luck with? What do you suggest? Possibly there is a better technique you use that assures the paint adheres well and becomes more durable?
I know the paint I need to take off seems to have adhered well (too good in some areas!)
