Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 108 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 108 | Today I was inspecting the cab of my friends 1948 1/2 ton GMC and noticed two items that differed from my 1951 Chevy 3100 cab. Can someone clarify if these differences are OEM differences between Chevy and GMC or someones modifications. 1. His cab had no rubber windlace around the doors. The slotted metal (crimp) track that mounts the rubber windlace was not there either? 2. The speedometer was mounted to the left side and the engine gauge cluster was on the right side.?
