Bear's right about seatbelts being an option prior to '66. Luckily my '66 replacement cab has them, because if I had used the '64, I'd have had to retrofit them.

I know this doesn't help much with your request, but if no one posts pics, I'll get some to ya tomorrow hopefully.

Now you got me scratchin' my head. Do you have first hand knowledge about the indentations on the fenders? I have a '66 stepside fender on my '65. It had (2) small holes to mount the back-up lights but no indentations. Indentations would have required new tooling to stamp the fenders, which would have been big bucks for the general.
