Hoods, NO. Core support, NO. Headlight stands are different but might interchange. ( my '37 has '40 Chevrolet stands on it). Headlight buckets are the same.
Go to the gallery and look at a '38 then a '37. You will see the front clip is quite different.
Front fenders are the same, and cab to rear bumper is the same.
