The company is Brake Hoses Unlimited out of Holland Michigan. The cost for a set is $75. Don't take this as a recommendation, I just stumbled across it before I read your question. Ordered this set today. They say that any set of hoses is good for 6 years. Hmmm. Mine are 11 years old. Here it is installed. Comparison with the old flexible line. You can't see from the pictures very well but the new flexible line is double crimped. They were ready to be replaced, both front flex lines had cracks in them. These are used on my year round daily driver and after 11 years it was time to replace them with high quality lines.
