The welder you are looking for starts at about $8000 for the real thing. It does a great job but real pricey for a do it yourselfer. Any good quality body shop should have a resistance welder if you wanted to pay for what you are looking for. You could just take a sharp drill bit with a flat cut and do it. I have done that before for the real picky customer until we bought the resistance welder. We have had about 10 years now and it does a great job.
